Order Dispatch Timeline

Prepaid Orders

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days.

Partial COD Orders

  • COD orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days after order confirmation via call.

For customized orders, dispatch may take additional time depending on the customization requirements. The estimated timeline will be informed prior to order confirmation. 

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.

Prepaid Orders

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days across India.
  • Get 10% OFF on prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹799.
  • A shipping fee of ₹70 will be charged on prepaid orders below ₹799.
  • Prepaid orders are processed faster for smoother delivery.

Partial COD Orders

  • Estimated delivery: 7–12 working days.
  • Customers are required to pay a ₹100 advance payment at checkout to confirm the order.
  • The remaining balance can be paid at the time of delivery.
  • The ₹100 advance helps us reduce fake and unaccepted COD orders.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. If cancelled after dispatch, the ₹100 advance will be non-refundable.

Sale & Promotional Orders Policy

Orders placed during any sale, discount event, or promotional offer can only be cancelled before fulfillment/dispatch.

  • In such cases, refunds will be issued strictly in the form of store credit only.
  • Refunds to the original payment method will not be processed under any circumstances for sale or promotional purchases.

Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged during sale or promotional periods.

By placing an order during a sale or promotional event, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Delivery Attempts

  • We ship all orders through Shiprocket for reliable and trackable delivery across India.
  • Courier partners will usually attempt delivery up to 3 times.
  • If the order is undelivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us.

Failed / Refused COD Orders

  • If a Partial COD order is refused or not accepted at delivery:
  • The advance amount paid is non-refundable.
  • Repeated failed COD orders may lead to COD restrictions on future purchases.

Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • High order volumes
  • Courier issues
  • Remote locations or public holidays

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Incorrect Address / Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may face delays or cancellation.
  • Reshipping charges may apply for returned parcels.

Parcel Opening & Claims Policy

Customers are strongly encouraged to record a continuous parcel opening video at the time of receiving and opening the package.

  • The video must be continuous and unedited.
  • The parcel label and packaging should be clearly visible in the video.
  • Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
